In the rural community, there are numerous regionally typical half-timbered buildings and old farms to see. One sight is the windmill in the Tettau district. It was built in 1838 as a Dutch tower windmill and reconstructed in 1989/90. The farmhouse parlor, set up by the local authority, is used and rented out by the local history association for celebrations.
