The high path between Stromberg-Herchen-Bahnhof and Herchen, or the so-called Philosopher's Path based on the former Düsseldorf artists' colony of Herchen. If you don't know how to ride a mountain bike, you should simply go somewhere else and leave this wonderfully wooded, steep slope path to the hikers. It's right today Siegsteigweg! and a wonderful alternative to the existing sidewalk along Siegtalstrasse or the route over the railway bridge.
