Road Cycling Highlight (Segment)
You could call this the 'Dutch Oude Kwaremont'. It's paved with Dutch tiles, called 'klinkers'. They're not half as bad as cobbles but they still make you bounce around on the bike. The climb never gets real steep but it's long enough to suck all the energy out of your legs especially since it's real hard to find a rythm on the klinkers.
You can also chicken out halfway and take the hairpin descent down the infamous Emmapiramide.

With a little goodwill you can call this the Dutch Oude Kwaremont. A climb over a paved road that takes you into the cycling paradise of the Posbank.

Nice and nasty clinker-climb. Never steep, always underestimated. Especially the parts where the 'klinkers' have little spaces in between them are shitty. Prepare for shaky steers on this less famous Veluwe climb.
