The Nulandse Heide is a beautifully varied nature reserve with forests, heathland, ditches and sand drifts. There are also many animals to be found. Such as the tawny owl, barn owl and little owl. Squirrels, sheep and deer. This is also the breeding area for buzzards and hawks. And you might also spot the smallest bird in the Netherlands in the tops of the pine trees; the goldcrest. The Nulandse Heide is a wonderful place for a walk with the whole family.
