    "... The Haus-Knipp railway bridge lies between Duisburg-Beeckerwerth and Duisburg-Baerl on the course of the railway line from Meiderich to Hohenbudberg and crosses the Rhine. Construction began in 1910. It was opened to traffic in 1912 along with the entire line. The eponymous manor house Knipp was located in the immediate vicinity of the bridge and was demolished in 1939 when the Rhine dam was raised.
