The old smooth road is unfortunately not asphalted throughout. Therefore, it may not be part of the Neckar cycle path. But it perfectly closes the gap between Fischingen and Neckarhausen, and in dry weather, even the unpaved part of the route is easy to ride on a racing bike and much more relaxed than on the heavily used country road.
