The journey by train (runs every 30 minutes) from Remscheid-Lennep (lots of parking spaces there) over the Müngstener Bridge to Solingen-Schaberg is a highlight. From there, a comfortable circular route leads down to the Müngstener Brückenpark. There is a nice kiosk plus mini golf, a family-friendly restaurant with Haus Müngsten and other attractions such as the ferry across the Wupper.

Breathtaking view of the bridge 😯
Great photo motif 📸👌🏼
There are refreshment stops on both sides of the bridge 🥰🌳🌲⛰💚For those who have nerves ... but also a "little" money in their wallet ....

The Müngsten Bridge is the highlight of this hike. The route mainly leads through forest, but remains consistently well above the Wupper. Therefore, the hike is not level, but with 190 meters in altitude over 9 km, it is easy to manage even for the inexperienced.
There is a cafe at the Müngsten Bridge in Schaberg train station that is currently open from 2:00 p.m.
