From Klausen (525 meters) you follow the signposts "Säben" from the main street to the Säbener ascent. There it goes right up a medieval stone staircase to Branzoll Castle and on the paved Way of the Cross moderately steeply up to the Church of Our Lady and the Chapel of Grace. From there continue to the Säben monastery and left to the Heiligkreuzkirche at the highest point of the castle rock.
