Steinsburg Ruins on Kleiner Gleichberg

Even the way up here, I chose the east climb, was beautiful, almost mystical with stones and trees overgrown with moss. Also, at least today, almost all of the people came up on the south climb. And the view from the Kleiner Gleichberg is simply magnificent!

The Großer Gleichberg is also a very nice destination. There you have two great views, one in Franconia and the other in Klein Gleichberg.

The view of the surroundings is worth every effort, from above you can see the Großer Gleichberg on the opposite side, the Steinsburg Museum in the valley (very interesting for those interested in history, especially in connection with the Celts) and the further and nearer surroundings. Of course, the Steinsburg awaits you when you get to the top. In the spring there are numerous spring bloomers to marvel at, such as March cups and liverworts.
