The church and the churchyard of St. Peter and Paul in Schmallenberg-Wormbach is one of the Sauerland soul places. Exciting are the representations of the signs of the zodiac, which are unique in Europe, and one of the last uniformly designed cemeteries in the Sauerland. This beautiful place symbolizes the theme of Living Death.
On Sundays at 11:20 am, after the service, a guided tour of the 800-year-old church is offered. However, you must register beforehand. You can find information about this here: schmallenberger-sauerland.de/besonderes/sauerland-seelenorte/#c16943.

One of the germ cells of the Sauerland. From here, the area was Christianized and civilized 1200 years ago.

The church should definitely not be missed. It is also a well-known place of pilgrimage :-)
