The former slate tunnel in Bad Fredeburg, right in the heart of Mother Earth, warmly welcomes holidaymakers, spa guests and wellness enthusiasts. In the Abela Heilstollen - Abela means "breath" in Hebrew - you can breathe in the soothing air in peace and quiet on special relaxation loungers and in warm sleeping bags.

With an inside temperature of a constant 9 ° Celsius, the air in the tunnel is almost saturated with water vapor (almost 100% humidity). The air you breathe in the Abela Heilstollen is pure and absolutely pollen-free. Due to the "laminar" (non-turbulent) air flow, the air constantly cleans itself.
