The Great Rabsburg was on the Rabsberg in front of us. It has been desolate since the 13th century and was last mentioned as a robbery castle. Parts of the old foundations were destroyed during the construction of the railway line.
If you follow the signs, you will reach the foundations of the main castle above the railway line.
At the foot of the Rabsberg there was once the rag mill, which was part of the paper mill and was also called the "lower paper mill".

Hiking

A medieval castle complex in Zeitzgrund. Existed until the 15th century. Some of the foundations can still be seen. Good information boards available. The family crypt of the Lauerer family is also located here.
