The path runs on the northern slope of the Hochhand, so it is quite shady and often wet or snow-covered. An incised ravine is crossed, followed by a very steep climb Rtg. Schwämi (at the top of the stairs), cannot be driven upwards. Pristine landscape, view of the Schindelberg, Dägelsberg and Schnebelhorn.
