Built as Belvedere
Above the spa house, a path leads through meadows and scattered fruit trees to the small viewing pavilion „Tempele“. It was built in 1824 as a Belvedere (a place with a wide view). From here, there is a wide view over Bad Boll and the landscape of the Swabian Jura.
Below the Tempele are striking grazing oaks and the Mostbirnenlehrpfad (a learning path for cider pears), which makes the region's traditional scattered fruit culture tangible.
