"Malschendorf is a district of the town of Schönfeld-Weißig. It lies above the Keppgrund and has a well-known natural tavern. The Schönfeld-Weißiger mountain path leads to Malschendorfer Höhe (304 m) with a memorial stone for the local chronicler and local historian Eberhard Pabst (1929 - 2004) ." - stadtwikidd.de/wiki/Malschendorf
On the far left, the Sattelberg rises above the landscape, if you look further to the right you will discover the long ridge of the Kahleberg, Geisingberg and Tellkoppe in the Eastern Ore Mountains, followed by the "Kreischaer Dreigestirn" Wilisch, Hermsdorfer Berg, Quohrener Kipse, all the way to the Gohlig (Golden Heights, antenna) and Windberg (antenna), the Dresden Elbe valley overlooked by the Dresden television tower.

In good weather you have an outstanding view over the Elbe valley around Pirna and Dresden, all the way to the Saxon Switzerland. For the physical well-being is around the corner a recommendable nature inn.
