Ich bin gern zu Fuß in der Natur unterwegs. Interessant sind für mich z.B. alte Bahnstrecken. Am liebsten bin ich im Erzgebirge unterwegs.
That was a really nice Wednesday today. We arrived at the miniature park around 11.30 a.m. Luckily got hold of one of the last parking spaces. Well, what now, first a visit to the park and then a really nice lunch at the restaurant "Zur alten Säge" or the other way around? At that time there were still some places available on the terrace, so first a delicious lunch and then a full stomach in the miniature park. The decision was also correct, because when we were finished with the tour, the inn was packed. Since there was still time, we took a leisurely lap around Wehlen to the panoramic view, but the Wilke view comes next time, because I haven't been there yet. The miniature park was clearly laid out and the little tourist train drove through the park all day. At this point I would also like to recommend a visit to the Kleines Erzgebirge parks in Oederan and Kleine Lausitz in Elsterwerda. The bottom line was that it was an all-round successful day out.

A hike, good for Sunday. Very relaxed and without any special highlights. As good as no one saw only 2 cyclists who came towards us. Just experience autumn at a pleasant 13 degrees. The paths were also easy to walk on. If you want, you can have a good lunch at the Gasthof Meuro. The prices are still affordable.

What a day - wonderful weather and 14 degrees. Today a visit to the Lunapark was due, of course including climbing the observation tower in Haidemühl. Until January 1st, 1964 the old place was called Gosda-Haidemühl. In 2004-2006 Haidemühl was devastated. The community unfortunately disappeared from the map. It had to give way to the Welzow-Süd opencast mine. This place is one of the many places that have repeatedly fallen victim to open-cast mining over the past few decades. Today you will of course only find new buildings in the new Haidemühl. Information at: geschichtsspuren.de/artikel/völkerenes/207-haidemuhl-verlassener-ort-tagebau.html

When the weather was fine, as a train enthusiast, I naturally had a look at the station festival in Luckau in connection with a leisurely hike in or around Luckau. Actually, I also wanted to ride Luckau to Lübben and back. We should have waited 2 hours, no that is too much. I don't have that much patience. So a tour of the rail bus and old locomotives had to be enough, unfortunately. Anyway, I was able to satisfy my curiosity and started talking to the people in charge at the railway association. Then we hiked comfortably around Luckau.

We started from the Edeka parking lot. That was another very nice hike with beautiful views, just the Ore Mountains. And the weather was nice too. By the way, we did not stay on the Muldenwanderweg, but went straight ahead at the intersection and not left to Mulda. So it went on the cross way to Helbigsdorf. You don't always have to follow the given routes. I am always thrilled by the most beautiful views, whether just over meadows, fields and forests or over the beautiful Erzgebirge villages. Since the Edeka in Lichtenberg and the bakery already close at 2 p.m. on Saturdays, we only had a small snack here at lunchtime. The "essential" coffee was then given late in the afternoon in Olbernhau. It was a nice hiking trip again.

Tour of the villages. By the way, the secondary line Finsterwalde-Crinitz-Luckau was 33 km long. It was shut down after World War II. Only the section between Finsterwalde and Crinitz is managed by the Niederlausitzer Museumseisenbahn e.V. today. The museum train runs along here several times a year.
