"... The Krabach is - together with its longer left upper course Meisenbach - a tributary of the Sieg about ten kilometers long. It forms the border between the municipalities of Eitorf and Hennef. Its approximately 19.8 km² large catchment area lies between the Lindscheid and the Süchterscheid. It has its source near Meisenbach, after which the Krabach valley is uninhabited. At the mouth of the Sieg lies the village of Bach, which also houses the only surviving mill. Above Bach in the direction of Niederscheid are the districts of Kau and Schützenau. In the direction of Eitorf is the district of Happach. The district of Oberbach has disappeared. ..."
