  • Small walk-in pit. Well done. Please think about the small donation. It's good that people are committed to preserving such historical things. Therefore, leaves one or the other Taler suburb

  • It is exciting to stay here in the slate quarry. Accessible at any time and very well maintained by the tourist office. A small donation from the visitors is not too much to ask and has thrown something into the can. Happiness continues for this place.

  • This is a very nice slate quarry. There you can stay very nice and quiet. Because there are rest opportunities. With the help of ladders you can go down into the tunnels. The tunnel is illuminated by motion detectors. You should only take a flashlight with you as a caution.

  • An old, underground roof slate mine, which is "open" around the clock. You can go inside to visit - without registration, entrance fee or the like. Excellent ! Nice and cool in summer. Metal stairs lead down to the 20 mtr. deep cave. Not big or spectacular, but definitely impressive (the mine was hewn by hand in the 17th century!) And you get a small impression of the slate quarrying. Well done and great that there are also such public and freely accessible places. Absolutely worth seeing and definitely worth the climb! :-)

  • Small informative slate mine. Don't forget your flashlight, the light at the entrance apparently has a motion detector and went off when I descended 😎🌚
