The Nister Bridge (1831) is the landmark of Limbach. Nothing in Limbach is photographed more often than this old stone arch bridge, which celebrated its 150th anniversary last year.
After more than 150 years, an extensive renovation of the Nister Bridge is now underway.
More information about the remediation can be found here:

It is the landmark of Limbach, the stone arch bridge over the Kleine Nister. The bridge was built from rubble in 1871, when its predecessor, a wooden bridge, had partially collapsed. The construction costs were 1467 guilders. The bridge was restored in 1978 and is considered a monument.
