We walked the route today from / to Haus Raffenberg. Beautiful and great to walk. However, you should not park at the specified location. Haus Raffenberg seems to be a former gastronomy, which today serves as a private home. Although there seemed to park all the hikers because of different characteristics, but there are also signs everywhere that it is private property. We were greeted on the return directly from a long ladder behind our and other vehicles including the following discussion with the owner.

Today the "3 stooges" had to be played again, since we had been on the road for the last few days, there was only one "small" round today. The starting point was the old Poststrasse. in Kidney Court. A short flight of stairs brings us to a forest path that leads us to the heights of Velbert. Over the Hansberg (222 m) we get into the Schulenbergwald and further down into the Wodantal. We cross the Wodan valley and climb a (not so heavily frequented) side street. on the heights. Now it goes back into the forest and on some small paths, side street. and dirt roads back down to Kidneyhof.
With almost 10 km a nice round with beautiful views of the autumn forest.

Hikable "side route", which is not so crowded, guarantees beautiful views. The gray herons like to sit in the fields and meadows hunting mice.
