Really worth seeing town with a beautiful castle ruin located on the Saar.
The Leukbach with the waterfall flows through the old town center.
It is definitely worth stopping at the restaurants, cafes and wine bars in the city center.
There are some of them in Saarburg.

The mill wheels are also worth seeing. Saarburg is a must for anyone going on a Moselle bike tour. Further up the Saar you can also drive over Kastel-Staadt to the Cloef to enjoy the view of the Saarschleife.

Very nice town directly on the Leuk and Saar rivers with a unique waterfall in the middle of the city. The horse market is a great place to have breakfast and taste Riesling in the evening.
