We cycled the Saar cycle path from the mouth of the Saar near Konz to Mettlach. This section is very beautiful and scenic. On the western side of the river, the cycle path is only split. When it rains, depending on how well the path is maintained, it can get a bit muddy and messy. Please bear this in mind. Otherwise, there is the asphalt cycle path along the main road (on the other side of the river).
