Please check local regulations for: Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park
The Drovers Inn is a popular establishment just beyond the northern tip of Loch Lomond. With a well stocked bar, good food and rooms for the night, it makes for a handy stopping point on the West Highland Way or for those driving along the A82 on the way to or from the heart of the Highlands.
During the Inn's 300-year history, it has seen plenty of interesting characters through its doors, including Scottish folk hero Rob Roy.

The Drovers Inn and Lodge is truly one of a kind.
You can feel three centuries of Scottish hospitality.
Inside you can feel the history of the people who laid here. The ghosts are in the walls, generations of stories are in the air.
The Drovers Inn has been open since 1705 and was frequented by the Highland drovers who used to drive their cattle to the markets. The decor and furniture, out of respect for the past, look like they haven't changed in a few hundred years. In the lobby is an adult stuffed grizzly bear and many other stuffed animals.
Staying here is a lasting memory enhanced by the good food.

Exactly as one imagines a pub in Scotland. The burger is top!

Unfortunately, the accommodation is miserable. The mattresses are so saggy and the springs press in the back. The food is also very carelessly prepared. Here the monopoly is fully exploited.
