Tips
Spring, summer, autumn and winter - it always pays to come here. You can admire the nature, there are mostly swans and ducks to see. Quite new (but not brand new) is the bird tower, which offers a great view. Pretty new is the nearby restaurant / café "Am Vogelturm", where you can fortify yourself after a hike.

This is a true bird paradise, many species spotted including the kingfisher. Bring a telephoto lens and or binoculars.
