The Kranika moor area between Lütjensee and Grönwohld offers a habitat for numerous animal and plant species that have adapted to the predominantly humid conditions there. Here, where peat was previously mined, you can find moor frog, grass snake and adder today. During a tour on the paths on the edge of the nature reserve, you can hear the creaking calls of the Wachtelkönig if you listen carefully. Information boards provide information about the formation of the moor area and about its inhabitants.tourismus-stormarn.de/de/naturerlebnis/moorgebiet-kranika-241
