In 1985, the Wallenstein Fountain, created by the Altdorf sculptor Ludwig Manz, found its place in front of the old nursing office castle. The drunken Albrecht von Wallenstein and the poodle are reminiscences of the folk play and the turbulent "study stay" of the then 16-year-old from August 1599 to March 1600.
