The construction of the watercourse on the "Unteren Hauptallee" was part of the Expo 2000 in Hanover. As an extension of the historic, listed main avenue, the straight axis leads from the parking lots on Südstraße to the fountain temple of Hylligen Borns in the heart of the city.

It's just art... 😉 For my taste, it's a bit too modern for the historic town of Bad Pyrmont. On the other hand, the boulevard is enhanced by this work of art with a watercourse, attuning to the most important element of Pyrmont: the water. In any case, you can stroll comfortably along the main avenue.
