Not far from the Neckarburg ruins stands the Neckarburg Chapel (actually St. Michael's) on a flowering meadow.
It is enclosed and secured with a steel grille. The elevated windows also prevent a glimpse of the interior. It was first mentioned in 793.
From 1979 to 1981, the Rottweil City Youth Association restored the chapel, which is now owned by the Count of Bissingen-Nippenburg.
