Information:
This area, approximately 47.4 hectares in size, was designated a nature reserve in 1994.
The Trebnitz is an 11.9 km long tributary of the Müglitz River. It flows through the Trebnitzgrund valley before finally emptying into the Müglitz at Oberschlottwitz (near Schlottwitz) at an elevation of approximately 260 meters.
