Western Ascent to Berthelsdorf

Challenging climb from the Müglitztal to Berthelsdorf. At the beginning consistently in double digits or just below it. Pulls up until you're up. If you are out of the forest, it is practically done.
Great onward journey on the heights via Großröhrsdorf, Meusegast and Dohna to the Elberadweg. Is a bit wavy but not too difficult. The climb to Berthelsdorf is well worth it.

Really a crisp climb from the Müglitztal up to the plateau. 180 meters of altitude difference have to be conquered over a distance of 2 km, with peak values of up to 13% it's quite a ramp :-). I would rather avoid it going downhill, too steep, you just have to brake a lot unnecessarily, there are nicer descents where you can let it roll.

Very nice climb. It's surprisingly long, but remains consistently steep and easy to crank up.
