View from Gönnsdorfer Höhe

Wide Plattenweg with a view over the Schönfelder highlands.

Two long-distance trails cross on the Gönnsdorfer Höhe. There is space for a few cars as a starting point for a tour across the Schönfeld highlands. There is also a bench for resting.
On the Hornweg you come to the NW almost off-road to Quohren and the Heide, to the SE via the Plattenweg on the railway embankment cycle path and thus quickly towards Saxon Switzerland.Once you're here, you should definitely enjoy the beautiful view. In the north, near Dresden-Weißig, the striking Keulenberg and the mountains of West Lusatia rise behind it. Further to the right, the Hutberg and the Napoleonstein (antenna) can be seen until the view opens over the highlands and opens up to Saxon Switzerland, the Triebenberg and the Elbe Valley with the striking Spizak in the Eastern Ore Mountains.
