The planetary path provides visitors with interesting information about our solar system with its 8 planets and the dwarf planet Pluto at a length of almost 800 meters.

The footpath to the radio telescope has been running since autumn 2004 along the almost 800 m long planetary hiking trail with information boards about the planets of our solar system and the sun itself. It begins directly at the parking lot with the dwarf planet Pluto, leads via the outer solar system with four gas planets into the inner solar system with four Rocky planets to which our earth belongs. It ends with a model of the sun (concrete ball almost 40 cm in diameter) directly at the visitor's pavilion of the radio telescope.
