This monument was erected by the citizens of Stelzendorfer under the direction of Gerhard Oertel from 1981 to 1983. It is reminiscent of the stilt and sorbitz mill not far from the town. A millstone can be seen from each mill. Visitors can learn about the history of the monument and the mills on two display boards.
