The Wolfert Tower was built in 1891 as the "Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Tower". It is one of the earliest multi-story concrete structures in southern Germany. From the tower you can enjoy a special panorama of the surroundings of Ehingen and, if the weather is good, you can also see the Alps. Around the tower, visitors will find an oasis of relaxation. The Wolfert Tower is open every year on Easter Monday, and from May to October on the first Sunday of the month from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The tower offers impressive views of the countryside and the town of Ehingen (Danube). On a clear day, you can even glimpse the Alps. The tower was built in 1891 as the "Kaiser Wilhelm Tower" by the Ehingen Beautification Association.
