Through and on the vineyards between Sexau, Denzlingen and Batzenhäusle there are many beautiful paved paths that offer attractive views of the stronghold, the Kandel and out into the Breisgau. Unfortunately, they don't go anywhere, you definitely have to go back down to the valley if you want to continue the tour - or be equipped with a gravel-compatible bike.
