Hiking

The castle was rebuilt from 1865 by Christoph Holm von Egidy after a devastating fire. After 1945 it was used by the Soviet Army as a hospital and afterwards, among other things, as a sanatorium or nursing home. Today it is unused.

Cycling

The Naunhof Castle was built in 1705 in a simplified Baroque style and rebuilt after a fire in 1864. Today the building is empty and not in good structural condition. The park ponds were created by damming the Hopfenbach stream, they served for fish farming and the recreation of the castle residents.
