Great and hard climb through the forest to Winnen. You leave the Sahrtal at Burgsahr and then drive over a couple of hairpin bends to Winnen. The asphalt works that way, could be better.

Very quiet and almost always car-free, narrow street with moderate asphalt. The route has the character of a steep pass in the mountains and leads through coniferous forest and mountain meadows. Great views of Burgsahr and the Sahrbach valley. A real highlight for me

Nice climb with switchbacks.
