Small road that takes you almost traffic-free from the Kinzig valley up to the Landwassereck, from where you can either descend in the direction of the Gutach or Elzacher valley. However, it should be noted that the final ascent is tough for around 100 meters in altitude, the peak gradient is over 25% - suitable calves or gearing are strongly recommended.

With a length of 9.5 km to the top, it's not a small climb. For a long time it stays up to a maximum of 7% and below.
But then it becomes 2 digits, many parts with 10 - 11%, some ramps with 15%. At the end there is a ramp that can be seen from afar. About 100 m long with 20 -25%, if you still have lungs and calves you won't notice the moderate 14% afterwards :). The asphalt is also very bad from there to the top.Length: 9.5 km
Incline: approx. 7% max 25%
Asphalt: Good except for the last 500m.
Traffic: Little to nothing.
