Beautiful, wide gravel path directly along the Havel, perfect for (new German :-) gravel, with a few steps in the middle at the Schildhorn marina to be overcome - for the rest: heating!
But please be careful, joggers, walkers and their dogs also like the riverside path ;-)translated by

Fun downhill at the beginning and really steep climb at the end. 40mm are recommended.
