The Sülz is a 24.7 km, including the Lindlarer Sülz 48.5 km long, ortographically right tributary of the Agger. The Sülz arises from the confluence of Kürtener and Lindlarer Sülz at Hommerich in the Oberbergischer Kreis. After the confluence of both source rivers, the Sülz flows primarily south-southwest. Between Klefhaus and Brombach the river runs in a striking double loop. In the following, the Sülz flows through the areas of Brombach, Immekeppel and Oberauel before it crosses the A4 motorway at Untereschbach. Later, the river meets Lehmbach, Sülze and Hoffnungsthal.
