One of the most beautiful beaches in the southern part of the Western Algarve. Easy to reach, flat beach, you can swim well even when the waves are high. And if you're afraid of the waves in the Atlantic, just go swimming on the banks of the Ribera de Aljezur - absolutely quiet and fine sand. There is a nice beach restaurant (Paraiso Do Mar). We were there at the end of September and the end of May - absolutely quiet and only a few visitors. You can go hiking in the dunes and on the river banks and there is also a small nature trail.
