Riding a bike through Florence is something you have to like 😳 But there is a very good cycle path network, wrested from the motorists. I am, however, too much of a country bumpkin 😅 for me it resembles a near-death experience more 😖🙈
But: Even at first glance, the old town of Florence is stunning 🥰

Florence is simply overwhelming 🤩🥰 I have rarely, perhaps never, 🤔 seen so many impressive buildings, statues, works of art, and squares in such a small space 🥹 One day is actually too little for this imposing city, but given the crowds and queues at the entrances, it's also exhausting and sufficient
