In Berlin ist der Boxhagener Kiez unser Mittelpunkt. So ging es diesmal laufend 🏃 vom Boxhagener Platz ("Boxi") über das RAW-Gelände zur Spree und vorbei an der Oberbaumbrücke zur East-Side-Gallery.
Dann entlang der Spree sowie der Museumsinsel, durch das Brandenburger Tor und nach einem kurzen Blick auf den Reichstag abschließend…

Stadionrundlauf 02: Borussia Park > Borussia Mönchengladbach
Vom Parkrun Uerdingen ging es direkt zum Stadion von BMG. Da es dort im Umfeld viele Felder und Wald gibt, war der Lauf trotz der Hitze 🥵 sehr schön. Kaum Ampeln oder Verkehr, dafür viel Ruhe.
Und als Fußballfan vor dem Denkmal der Fohlen-Elf zu stehen, hat schon was 👍🙂

Parkrun 02: Krefeld - Uerdinger Stadtpark
Bei angenehmen 22 Grad ging es über 3 Runden durch eine sehr schöne Parkanlage. Da dort alles sehr flach ist, sollte es eigentlich perfekt für die PB-Jäger unter den Parkrunnern sein.

Laufen: Firma-Spendenlauf Kölner Stadion
Mein Arbeitgeber veranstaltet jährlich einen Spendenlauf am Kölner RheinEnergieStadion. Hier geht es darum, möglichst viele 1k-Runden in einer Stunde zu laufen. Je mehr Runden von allen Teilnehmern zusammenkommen, desto mehr wird gespendet.
