From Unternschreez, we headed towards Bocksrück and continued to Weiherfelsen, which is a bizarre sandstone formation with several cave-like openings.

After the long drive, some exercise does you good. So, up to the observation tower with its 140 steps. The view of the surrounding area was fantastic, a bit hazy, but that didn't bother us. The view from the tower over the Steinbruchsee, located at the foot of the Büchelberg observation tower, was incomparable
