Today we got on our bikes and the result was this beautiful tour. Via the Haardgrenzweg to Mutter Wehner. Further to Flaesheim with a stop at baker Berthold's. Then via Haltern Bossendorf and Marl Sinsen to Heine Hof. There we ate deliciously (highly recommended). Afterwards through fields and over Westerholt

Today we went from Hünxe along the Wesel-Datteln Canal to Schloss Gartrop.
Fortunately, there was a wind the whole time, so the many sunny sections were pleasant to walk.
We finished this beautiful tour with a delicious ice cream. 🚶♀️🚶♂️🥾🥾🍨🍨

Today we met for this beautiful after-work round in Schwelm with@Andrea S.
Gentle hills, a steady cool wind and wonderful views accompanied us over the entire route.

We already did this round in Dec'25.
In summer, it runs mostly in the shade over beautiful paths, which are currently quite sandy due to the extreme drought.
The partly large and old multi-stemmed beech trees are very impressive. They also show the effects of the drought. We all hope for rain.🥾🥾🌞⚒️🌧
