Sechs große Kirchen in Hamburg - sechs unterschiedliche Krippendarstellungen. Heute, am 6.1., dem Tag, an dem vor 2026 Jahren die drei Heiligen aus dem Morgenland das Jesuskind in der Krippe erblickten, endet - wie soll ich es sagen? - die Ausstellung. Von klein bis groß, von grob bis detailliert wird die jährlich neu erzählte Weihnachtsgeschichte in jeder der Kirchen anders dargereicht. Wir folgen dem Krippenweg, allerdings sparten wir die Pilgerkirche St. Jacobi für das Finale auf. Der Weg war ein Erlebnis.

A beautiful hiking trail through the autumnal landscape. The sun came out at midday, creating a wonderful atmosphere. We hiked over the summit of the Kranzberg, enjoying impressive panoramic views. The Zugspitze massif was initially shrouded in clouds, but then they cleared. Magnificent!
