This tour was simply unexpectedly beautiful. Sometimes I felt like I was in the Allgäu and then again like in the Black Forest. This tour also had great views. You can also extend it without any problems. Everything a hiker's heart desires.

A beautiful, interesting and varied route with a great ending. You don't get to the reservoir itself, but there is so much interesting stuff along the way. And at the end, there was a path along wooden boardwalks through the moorland. I hadn't expected such a nice path when planning.

My personal highlight came at the end of the hike. The Roman quarry. The rest of the trail was nice and if you are interested in mining, it was certainly exciting, as there were many information boards on the subject.
