Mammutmarsch Ruhrgebiet 30 Km 2026 🏅🇩🇪
Heute bin ich mit meinem Bruder zusammen den Mammutmarsch Ruhrgebiet gelaufen 😁 Dafür haben wir uns bestes Wetter ausgesucht ☀️😊
Start für die 30 km war im Duisburger Innenhafen. Der Weg war landschaftlich sehr schön, ging viel durchs Grüne, an Rhein und Ruhr entlang, durch Parks und Industriekultur🌳🌲

Today I ran the Mammutmarsch Ruhrgebiet with my brother 😁 We chose the best weather for it ☀️😊

We started at the free parking lot in Kreuzau.

Ausflug zur Geierlayer Hängeseilbrücke und Ruine Balduinseck 🌉🇩🇪
Wir sind gestern zum Urlaubsstart auf dem Weg zur Mosel auf einen Abstecher nach Mörsdorf gefahren, um uns die Geierlayer Hängeseilbrücke anzuschauen😄
Geparkt haben wir auf dem hinteren Parkplatz P3 außerhalb des Dorfes. Dort kostet das Parken "nur" 6 Euro für 4 Stunden anstatt 10 Euro, wie mitten im Dorf…
