Welch guter Start in den (Arbeits-) Tag - trotz durchschlagbedingten Plattfußes in der Mini Abfahrt kurz nach Kandern - und welch prima Ausstieg aus dem selbigen !

What a good start to the (work) day - despite a flat tire due to a rock in the mini descent shortly after Kandern - and what a great exit from it!

120/1800 Ultra bike Marathon von/nach Schopfheim über Fiddlebrugg Hofsgrund / Oberried Freiburg Staufen Münsterhalde 21-35 Grad
Alljährlicher Besuch beim Black Forest Ultra Bike Marathon & Kaffee Kuchen bei Ma
Dieses Jahr war ich viel früher am Alp de Fiddlebrugg, um die UCI Profis dort hoch heizen zu sehen. Schon beeindruckend ! Normalerweise unterstütze ich da die "Normalos".
Außerdem wieder Markus und Ändschie getroffen. Immer wieder schön.

Annual visit to the Black Forest Ultra Bike Marathon & coffee and cake at Ma's
This year I was much earlier at Alp de Fiddlebrugg to see the UCI Pros race up there. Impressive!
Normally I support the "normal people" there.
Also met Markus and Ändschie again. Always nice.

Statt einer größeren Runde zur TdF heute lange ausgeschlafen, gefaulenzt, Mittagsschlaf und dann eine kleine Runde.
Tadej und Florian kommen auch ohne mich durch die Vogesen 😁.
