A shorter ride after nearly a month since I was last in the saddle. Got a few things to do this afternoon, slowly chipping away at new house stuff. So I compromised with a 76km ride. Probably just as well as I could tell I'd not cycled for a bit.

Belvoir Loop
Very pleasant weather today. Cool this morning but it soon warmed up. The road up to Belvoir Castle is being resurfaced at the moment so it's just a fine gravel track all the way.

Nice ride. Ashbourne onwards had a very light spot of drizzle but stayed largely dry thankfully.
Lovely café at Tissington (Herbert's Fine English Tea Rooms). Do recommend. Can't beat Derbyshire Oatcakes.
